If you are unable to complete the electronic form, then you must fill in the data yourself and send it to a separate file.

Information provided in the author's certificate:

- Surname, first name, patronymic of the author (s);

- Information about the scientific advisor is provided in the absence of a scientific degree;

- Journal heading;

- Place of work or study, academic degree, academic title, position;

- Contact phone;

- Email;

- Mailing address (for sending a print copy of the journal).
